🏗️ ARB / Property Modifications

Any exterior changes to your property require review and written approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB) before work begins.

What Requires Approval?

• Landscape improvements (shrubs, trees, new beds)
• Fences and walls
• Decks, patios, shade structures, and outdoor kitchens
• Swimming pools and hot tubs
• Exterior painting (even if same color)
• Roof replacement
• Driveways — additions or replacement
• Play structures, playhouses, tree houses
• Sheds and accessory buildings
• Signs and lighting
• Mailboxes and house numbers
• Tree removal
• Drainage and grading changes

How to Apply

1. Complete the Request for Modification (RFM) Form
2. Include all required supporting materials (site plan, drawings, color samples, photos)
3. Submit to CMA — allow up to 10 business days for review
4. Wait for written approval before starting any work
5. Display your ARB sign on the property (visible from road) before commencing work
6. Return the ARB sign within 7 days of project completion
