Dear Residents,

The next Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24th at 6:30 PM at
the Pool. A conference call line will also be available for residents who
can't attend in person (link below).

As a reminder, this is a regular Board meeting, not a public hearing on any
individual compliance matter. Residents are welcome to ask general
questions about Association policy and process; specific, ongoing cases are
handled through our formal review process rather than open floor discussion.

For remote attendees: please use the "raise hand" feature and wait to be
called on by a moderator before speaking. This helps us avoid overlapping
conversation between in-person and remote participants.

Submit questions in advance: We've opened a Q&A form so the Board can
review questions ahead of time and come prepared with thorough answers,
which should help the meeting move more efficiently. You can also upvote
existing questions to help us prioritize what gets covered.
