Timber Lake Community Update 🌳
Hey Neighbors!
It's been a busy few weeks around the neighborhood — here's what's new,
what's fixed, and what's coming up.

🛝 Playground Glow-Up
The kids' play area just got some love! We refreshed the space around the
swings and slides with new border edging and a fresh layer of wood chips,
so little feet have a softer landing and fewer surprise trips over tree
roots. We also cleared back some of the overgrown branches near the benches
— so parents (and grandparents, and tired babysitters) can actually sit
down in the shade without ducking a branch to the face. Come check it out!

🏊 Pool Pump: Fixed!
If you've been by the pool lately, you may have noticed — or heard — that
things sound a lot better. Our pool pump was on its last legs and making
quite a racket, so we got it repaired. Quiet pump, happy swimmers.

☀️ Pool Season Just Got Longer
Good news for anyone not ready to say goodbye to summer: the pool will stay
open through Monday, October 19th. With the South serving up heat well past
Labor Day, we figured you'd rather have a few extra weekends to cool off
than close early. Get your last laps, last cannonballs, and last pool-float
lounging in before we button things up for the season!

📅 Save the Date:
Our next HOA Board meeting is coming up in September We'll offer a remote
conferencing option for anyone who can't make it in person. Dial-in details
will go out closer to the meeting date, so keep an eye on your inbox.
